Its 200 plus Associates do all they can to service their clients — our Salon and Field Associates. From marketing and education to salon operations, the Client Support Team and Information Services, the Resource Center provides the support our Stylists need to keep each salon running smoothly. Located in Vienna, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., the Resource Center is more than a “headquarters” for Ratner Companies. Instead, it’s the engine that keeps our company in sync with Stylists and Field Leaders—the Resource Center’s most important customers.
