Stylist
The heart and soul of our company!
Our expert Stylists WOW and Delight clients by executing our WOW Service to exceed clients’ expectations. In this core position you will perform quality professional hair care services and promote and sell hair care products. All Stylists must be licensed by the appropriate state licensing/regulatory board.

Assistant Salon Leader
Your first step to Leadership!
In this growing role, you will assist the Salon Leader in managing the day-to-day operation of the salon while maintaining your role as an expert Stylist
(see above).

Salon Leader
Now you’re the Leader!
In this vital role, you will effectively select, lead and develop each member of your salon team and manage the day-to-day operation of the salon while maintaining your roles as an expert Stylist. The Salon Leader is expected to lead by and model our company values, and is fiscally responsible for meeting salon sales and profit goals.

District Leader
Taking Leadership to the next level!
As a District Leader, you will select lead and develop Salon Leadership and Stylists to ensure client service and achieve sales and profit goals for 10 – 15 salons. You are expected to uphold company standards and values while ensuring salons are adequately staffed. This position reports to the Regional Leader.

Regional Leader
Providing ultimate WOW Service to Stylists!
Our Regional Leaders are expected to execute designated planning/organizing functions to meet annual sales, gross profit and human resources goals. This very important role is the planning liaison between Resource Center departments and Stylists for anywhere between 60-125 salons and reports to the VP of Operations.
